Tamil Women International Network (TWiN UK) is a UK-based non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering Tamil, Indian, and South Asian women across professions, entrepreneurship, and leadership. We exist to support women at every stage of their journey — from career growth and business building to confidence, visibility, and community.

Rooted in the shared values of India and the UK, TWiN UK celebrates Tamil heritage while enabling women to integrate confidently into the UK's professional, cultural, and social landscape. We honour identity while opening doors to opportunity.
What We Do
Through mentorship, professional development, business visibility, and collaborative platforms, we connect women to the tools, networks, and confidence they need to succeed — and to be seen.
We believe empowerment is not one-directional. Through two-way mentorship, monthly webinars, panel discussions, and interactive seminars, we create inclusive spaces where women grow together — sharing knowledge, resilience, lived experience, and leadership.
